O.S of Co is +3, so d- orbitals contain 6-electrons out of which 4 are unpaired but as CN is strong field legand so it paired these electrons in d- orbital. therefore these is low spin configuration. after pairings 2 d-orbital remains vacant which is further ocuppied by legands. so, it can achieve its stable hybridisation d2sp3.
