Davison nd Germer expt proves the wave nature of electron. They use electron gun, nickel crystal nd electron detector. Electrons are first accelerated nd allowed to fall on nickel crystal. These electrons are then scattered in all directions.Diffraction is a special case of Scattering so ans is D. Nd if we bombard electrons so obviously electrons will be diffracted.
