ANSWER
For a quadratic polynomial ax2+bx+c,
the sum of the zeros =a+b and product of the zeros =ac
Here, given polynomial is 3x2−2kx+2m
sum of zeroes=2+3=5
-b/a=5
-2k/3=5
k=-15/2
product of zeroes=2×3
-c/a=6
2m/3=6
m=9
