e lamda / a lamda = E lamda...ok..
Here, E lamda is emissivity of black body which is constant, So, e lamda directly proportional to a lamda...ok..it means good emitter are good absorber of radiation...

So, both assertion & reason are correct and reason is the correct explanation of assertion, hence, option (A) is correct...
