To find:
Power drawn from a 200V source

Formula used:
Power (P) = Voltage (V) x Current (I)
Using Ohm's law, I = V/R where R is the resistance of the heater

Resistance of the heater = V^2/P = 250^2/1000 = 62.5Ω
