In case of maximum power transfer theorem,
we know, Zs= Zl*
Zl = 30-40j
so, Zl = 50 ohm
For power factor we know,
p.f = (real power)/(apparent power)
= I²R/I²Z
= 30/50 (Z²=R²+jX² as per question 50=30+j40)
= 0.6 leading (because valve of p.f lies between 0-1)
