Given data: oxygen supply is 50% rich.
Chemical reaction for perfect combustion is given by
CH4+2O2=2H2O+CO2
Now, Chemical reaction after 10% rich oxygen is supplied as
compared to perfect combustion is given by
CH4+3O2=2H2O+CO2+O2
volume percentage of H2O in the product =2/2+1+1
=0.50=50%
