Consider the following statements regarding Model Contract Farming Ac...
    Explanation:

Statement 1: It considers farmers the weaker of the two parties entering into the contract.
    - This statement is correct as the Model Contract Farming Act aims to protect the interests of the farmers who are often in a weaker bargaining position compared to the companies they enter into contracts with.

Statement 2: No permanent structure can be developed on the farmer’s land.
    - This statement is also correct as the Act prohibits the development of any permanent structures on the farmer's land, ensuring that the land ownership remains with the farmer and cannot be encroached upon by the contracting company.

Therefore, both statements 1 and 2 are correct. The Model Contract Farming Act is designed to safeguard the rights and interests of farmers and ensure fair and equitable contractual agreements between farmers and companies.
