Time constant = L/Req.. in frst case, 0.002=L/R..in scnd case, 0.0005=L/R+90..frm frst eqn, put value of L=0.002R in scnd eqtn.. nd solve.. u will get ur ans.. as R=30..now put this value of R in frst eqn.. u will get value of L as 60*10^-3 as 60 mH..
