    Calculating the Maximum Tension in the V-Belt

    Given data:
    Torque at the main shaft of the threshing cylinder = 80 N m
    Speed of the main shaft = 750 rpm
    Diameter of the v-pulley = 200 mm
    Overload factor = 1.2
    Unit mass of the v-belt = 0.9 kg/m

    Step 1: Calculate the power transmitted by the v-belt
    Power (P) = Torque (T) x Angular speed (ω)
    We need to convert the angular speed from rpm to rad/s.
    ω = 2πn/60, where n is the speed in rpm
    ω = 2π x 750/60 = 157.08 rad/s

    P = 80 N m x 157.08 rad/s = 12566.4 W

    Tension (T1) = Power (P) / Belt speed (V)
