Paneth cells secrete antibacterial lysozyme in the Crypts of Lieberkuhn.

Explanation:
The Crypts of Lieberkuhn are the tubular glands present in the intestinal mucosa that secrete digestive enzymes and intestinal hormones. Paneth cells are specialized secretory cells found at the base of the crypts of Lieberkuhn in the small intestine.

Functions of Paneth cells:
- Secretion of antibacterial lysozyme: Paneth cells secrete lysozyme, an enzyme that destroys the cell wall of bacteria, thus protecting the intestinal epithelium from bacterial invasion.
- Regulation of stem cell niche: Paneth cells secrete growth factors that regulate the proliferation and differentiation of intestinal stem cells, thus maintaining the integrity of intestinal epithelium.
- Secretion of other antimicrobial peptides: Paneth cells also secrete other antimicrobial peptides such as defensins, cathelicidins, and phospholipase A2, which help in the defense against bacterial, viral, and fungal infections.

Zymogen cells, Kupffer cells, and Argentaffin cells do not secrete antibacterial lysozyme in the Crypts of Lieberkuhn. Zymogen cells are found in the pancreas and secrete digestive enzymes. Kupffer cells are found in the liver and are involved in phagocytosis and immune defense. Argentaffin cells are enteroendocrine cells that secrete serotonin and other hormones.
