Answer is option c) 1/2

Cystic fibrosis is an autosomal recessive disease i.e both the alleles of gene should be in recessive form to cause a disease.
If FF represents dominant alleles and ff represent recessive alleles, then
Stevan has ff condition. Thus. each gamete has 100% chances of receiving f allele.
Now males posses XY sex chromosomes. Thus, each gamete has 50% i.e 1/2 chances of receiving  either X or Y.

Thus, Stevan's sperms having recessive X-linked as well as autosomal allele f is 1/2 i.e 50%

Introduction:
Haemophilia and cystic fibrosis are two genetic disorders that can be inherited. Haemophilia is an X-linked recessive disorder, meaning it is carried on the X chromosome. Cystic fibrosis, on the other hand, is an autosomal recessive disorder, meaning it is carried on the non-sex chromosomes.

Understanding the Inheritance:
To understand the probability of Steven's sperm having recessive X-linked as well as autosomal alleles, we need to analyze the inheritance patterns of these disorders and the genetic makeup of Steven and his father.

Haemophilia:
Since Steven is suffering from haemophilia, a recessive X-linked disorder, we can infer that he inherited the affected allele from his mother, as it is passed from carrier mothers to affected sons. As a male with haemophilia, Steven's genotype would be XhY, where Xh represents the affected allele and Y represents the Y chromosome.

Cystic Fibrosis:
Steven's father is heterozygous for cystic fibrosis, meaning he carries one normal allele (C) and one affected allele (c). Since cystic fibrosis is an autosomal recessive disorder, an individual must inherit two affected alleles (cc) to express the disorder.

Determining the Probability:
To calculate the probability of Steven's sperm having recessive X-linked as well as autosomal alleles, we need to consider the genetic makeup of his sperm.

Recessive X-linked allele:
Since Steven is a male with haemophilia, all his sperm will carry the affected X chromosome (Xh). Therefore, the probability of his sperm having a recessive X-linked allele is 1.

Autosomal allele:
Steven's father is heterozygous for cystic fibrosis, meaning he has a 50% chance of passing on the affected allele (c) to his offspring. Since Steven's sperm will only carry the Y chromosome (Y), they will not carry the autosomal allele. Thus, the probability of his sperm having an autosomal allele is 0.

Overall Probability:
To calculate the overall probability, we multiply the probabilities of the two events together:

Probability = Probability of recessive X-linked allele * Probability of autosomal allele
Probability = 1 * 0
Probability = 0

Conclusion:
The probability of Steven's sperm having recessive X-linked as well as autosomal alleles is 0. This means that Steven will not pass on the cystic fibrosis allele to his offspring through his sperm, as it is an autosomal recessive disorder and his sperm only carries the Y chromosome. However, he has a 100% chance of passing on the haemophilia allele through his sperm, as it is an X-linked disorder and all his sperm carry the affected X chromosome.
