Since frequent means regular, its opposite infrequent means not regular.Eg. My infrequent visit to the hospital.Option NEVER and SOMETIMES are not correct as as per the example i do visit hospital but not on regular basis. Also USUAL is not correct as it can be a substitute for frequent. So the answer is RARE
