You know that when AC and BD bisect each other then this quadrilateral is divided into four parts hence, we have only one area of ΔOBC is 225cm^2. therefore we add this area four times or multiply by 3. then we have total area of quadrilateralABCD.

the area of quad.ABCD is 1900cm^2
