CO2 is accepted by RUBP in C4 plants in Bundle sheath cells.

Explanation:
C4 plants are those plants which have a different mechanism of carbon fixation than normal plants. In these plants, the first product of carbon fixation is a four-carbon compound, hence they are called C4 plants.

In C4 plants, the mesophyll cells and bundle sheath cells are specialized for different functions. Mesophyll cells are responsible for initial fixation of carbon dioxide whereas the bundle sheath cells have a higher concentration of chloroplasts and are responsible for further fixation and the Calvin cycle.

In C4 plants, CO2 is initially fixed into a four-carbon compound by the enzyme PEP carboxylase in the mesophyll cells. This compound is then transported to the bundle sheath cells where it is broken down to release CO2 and a three-carbon compound. This CO2 is then fixed by Rubisco in the Calvin cycle.

Therefore, CO2 is accepted by RUBP in C4 plants in bundle sheath cells.
