I'm also facing such type of issues and then suddenly I contacted with Edurev memeber and they said : We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We understand that the payment has been deducted from your account but the same has not been credited in our account yet, such problems occur in some cases, where the amount is deducted from the user's end but is not received immediately.
In such cases, either of the two things happens:
1. The amount is auto-refunded to your account. You can purchase EduRev Infinity again in this case.
2. The payment is credited in our account after some time and the EduRev Infinity access is activated as soon as we receive the payment. It usually happens in 1-2 business days but can also take a maximum of 5-7 business days for the payment to be credited in our account.
You needn't worry about that, we keep a close track of all the transactions. And your EduRev Infinity access will be activated as soon as the payment is credited in our account.
