Fill factor (FF) = 0.8
Thickness (d) = 200 pm
Charge of an electron (q) = 1.6 x 10-19 C

1. Calculation of Short Circuit Current (Isc):
Isc = I * A
Isc = 100 x 1.0 x 10-3 A
Isc = 0.1 A

2. Calculation of Maximum Power (Pmax):
Pmax = Isc * Voc * FF
Pmax = 0.1 * 0.7 * 0.8
Pmax = 0.056 W

3. Calculation of Photon Flux (Φ):
Φ = I / (q * η * A)
Φ = 100 x 1.0 x 10-3 / (1.6 x 10-19 x 0.15 x 1.0 x 10-4)

4. Calculation of Average Optical Generation Rate (G):
